There is something about elephants, something in their very souls. I often wonder if simply being in their presence offers a cure to all manner of ailments. Maybe this is exactly the point; when we remove ourselves from nature we also remove ourselves from that connection with it that provides us with the very reason for our existence. There is no hiding your emotions from an elephant, they’ll sniff you out. Like a child, if they trust you they’ll provide you with emotions that will give you the certainty of mind to move mountains. Like a child they’ll also hold your heart a little tighter than you expected.
